Jon Daugherty is a dedicated real estate broker with a passion for helping clients achieve their dream of home ownership. As part of the Cisler & Associates Real Estate team, Jon combines fresh energy with a strong foundation in marketing, sales, and real estate experience.

Currently studying Civil Engineering at Southern Illinois University–Edwardsville, Jon brings a detailed, analytical perspective to the home buying and selling process. The son of Tom and Jennifer Daugherty, Jon has grown up around the real estate industry and has spent the past several years assisting Tom in helping families find their perfect homes. Together, they continue to serve clients with professionalism and care.

Jon is committed to providing every client with honest communication, dedicated service, and a smooth, successful real estate experience. His background in marketing helps him craft effective strategies that reach the right buyers and deliver strong results.

Outside of real estate, Jon enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring the great outdoors.
