Jon is beginning his career as a real estate broker.  He is currently studying civil engineering at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.  Jon, the son of Tom and Jennifer Daugherty, is very familiar with the real estate industry.  Tom, a seasoned Realtor with Cisler & Associates Real Estate, has helped many families achieve their dream of home ownership.  Jon has assisted Tom throughout the past few years and will join Tom assisting clients.
